Born and raised in the New York Metropolitan area, Eric Shapiro received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in Atlanta, GA and his law degree from Touro Law School in Huntington, NY.

Mr. Shapiro practiced law in Manhattan for five years before relocating to Atlanta in 1999 to be near his family. His practice in Manhattan focused primarily in the areas of real estate transactions, both residential and commercial, and general corporate and real estate litigation in Federal and State Court.

Since moving to Atlanta, Mr. Shapiro has widened his areas of representation to include family law matters, general civil litigation, including accident and negligence cases, and business litigation.

Mr. Shapiro resides in Dunwoody, GA with his wife, Stacey, and two children, Ben and Zoe.
