Shannan K. Rahman completed her undergraduate studies, magna cum laude, from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY and her law studies from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. During her third year, she studied comparative and international law at the University of London in London, England.

Ms. Rahman is a volunteer with the Student Hurricane Network and Furkids Animal Rescue Group.
